Cindy Tarter

Senior Associate Director of Education Abroad

Cindy Tarter joined the Office of Global Learning in 2020. She previously served as associate director of international engagement in Cornell’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

Cindy began her career in international education at the University of Florida’s International Center. She holds a master’s degree in intercultural leadership and management from SIT Graduate Institute. She was born in Haiti and has worked in Kenya and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
