Brandon Lanners

Executive Director

Brandon Lanners became the Office of Global Learning's executive director in December 2019, after joining our team in 2018. He started his career in international education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2004, and then served for two years as director of the Education Abroad office at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

He holds bachelor's degrees in political science and psychology and a master's degree in higher education administration from the University of Illinois. As an undergraduate he studied abroad at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito in Ecuador.
